Our goal is to ensure your admissions experience is welcoming and straightforward, from your first inquiry to your child’s first day at school.

Admission Process

Follow these steps to apply to Oshwal Academy Mombasa:

01. Inquiry

Contact our school registrar or receptionist, or fill the form available online to inquire available spaces and the class level you’re interested in for your child.

02. Admission Form

If space is available, you’ll receive an application form to fill and submit along with a non-refundable fee of Ksh. 2000. Required documents include:

  • A copy of your child’s birth certificate
  • The most recent school report card
  • Copies of parents’ identification cards

Note: If no space is available, you can be added to the waiting list. We will notify you when an opening arises.

03. Parents’ Interview

Our registrar will arrange a meeting between you and the Admissions Committee to discuss your application and expectations.

04. Student’s Assessment

Your child will be scheduled for an entrance assessment as part of the admissions process.

05. Feedback

Within five working days, we will inform you of your child’s assessment results and advise on the next steps.

06. Fee Payment

Upon acceptance, you’ll need to complete fee payments with our Accounts Office. Admission fees are non-refundable.

07. Student Admission & Orientation

A parent orientation will be scheduled to introduce you to OAM and provide essential information, communicated through your child’s diary.

Additional Requirement for Non-Kenyan Students

In compliance with Kenyan Immigration Law, all non-Kenyan students must obtain a renewable annual Pupil’s Pass. This also applies to students with a Dependant’s Pass through their parents. You can apply online via the Kenyan Immigration Office.
